FlexTest® digital controllers deliver the tools you need to define and automate virtually any material, component or structural test. This versatile, modular family of controllers provides high-speed closed-loop control, function generation, transducer conditioning and data acquisition for a full range of testing needs.  The FlexTest offering features higher speeds and channel densities to keep pace with evolving test demands, and all models share common hardware boards and user interface tools, helping to simplify test standardization and optimization.  Centralized processors and test resource boards can also be easily upgraded in the field, giving you flexibility to meet new future test requirements as they arise.

The MTS Series 261 Structural Pressure Test Controller (SPTC) delivers precise air pressurization control of pressurized test structures. This specialty controller works in conjunction with an external pressurized air supply and a system controller to provide closed-loop pressure control in cyclic pressure testing.  Designed for easy test configuration and setup, the MTS Series 261 SPTC features an integrated design with all controls and gages located on the front panel control schematic.

This specialty control system closely manages test structure pressure in proportion to pre-programmed command signals or manual dial settings. When the program or dial setting demands reduced pressure, the SPTC vents pressure from the test structure.
